Once you schedule a session you will be sent an intake form and a Client / Practitioner agreement, i.e., Confidentially Agreement. During the session I will listen to what your concerns and needs are, I will ask about your lifestyle, things like the routines you follow daily, things like sleeping and waking patterns, diet, exercise, work, etc. to get a better idea of what might be going on in your life. I may have you do some simple movements to observe how your body currently moves.
Intake Process
The intake process is your first step toward a personalized path to help find your way to a life that feels and is in a better state of balance. The process will take place in a safe, supportive space and you will have the opportunity to share your relevant information which will help determine ways to move toward your goals. We can then work to craft a yoga program tailored specifically to your needs. Whether you are managing stress, chronic pain, or seeking greater balance, this process ensures your practice is both effective and empowering. It is more than just a conversation it is the beginning of real transformation.
3 Session Yoga Therapy Package
The 3-session package offers the perfect introduction and the opportunity to develop a personalized yoga therapy focused practice. The first session includes a detailed intake to understand your unique needs, followed by two sessions focused on addressing specific concerns through targeted practices.
